Anabelle Soriano’s first exhibition took place at the Karima Célestin Gallery in 2009 in Paris. Since this success, both had jointed their efforts and product other events such as outdoor exhibitions. For instance, some creations will be exposed at the drawing show « Drawing Now » next March. Perception, especially spacial perception of imaginary or real space that creates physical sensations such as dizziness or loss of gravity, is the very heart of her work. For voyons voir, the artiste had chosen to do a project for Saint-Ser vineyard on the famous montain Sainte Victoire’s area, that she knew as a kid when she used to live there. Her project is focussed on the building up processes - humain or natural – such as geology, geometry of architecture. The piece will be a sculptural one using geometrical volumes and mineral shapes. Each polyhedron will have in its surface some moulding of the mountain. Those copies of natural lumps, witnesses of natural erosion and subject of climbers’ curiosity, will be part of the sculpture exposed this Summer on the vineyard’s stone walls.
